Payment Collection Policy

This policy outlines how payments must be made for booking confirmation and tour participation.

1. Booking Confirmation Amount

At the time of confirming the booking:

  • 50% of the package amount (excluding flight cost) must be paid.
  • This amount is used to secure hotels, transfers, itineraries, and other services.

2. Final Payment

  • 100% of the total package cost must be paid 14 days prior to the departure date.
  • Bookings not fully paid by this date may be treated as cancelled as per the cancellation policy.

3. Accepted Modes of Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer / Net Banking
  • Credit Card
  • Cash

Not Accepted:

  • Cheque
  • Demand Draft (DD)

4. Payment Acknowledgement

  • All payments will be acknowledged via official receipt or WhatsApp/email confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying payment details before transferring funds.

5. Late Payments

  • Late or incomplete payment may result in booking cancellation as per the cancellation policy.
  • Any additional charges from hotels/airlines due to delayed payment will be borne by the customer.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding cancellations, refunds, or payments, the decision of Rupalaya Tours OPC Pvt. Ltd. will be final, based on documented vendor/airline rules.
