This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, amendments, and refunds are processed for flight bookings and tour packages booked through Rupalaya Tours OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Flight Cancellation & Refunds

Flight cancellations and refunds are strictly governed by the respective airline’s cancellation policy.

  • Refund amounts, if any, depend entirely on airline rules.
  • Service charges, convenience fees, and any non-refundable components will be deducted.
  • Refund timelines for flights depend on the airline and may take additional time.

2. Tour Package Cancellation & Refunds

For tour packages arranged through Rupalaya Tours OPC Pvt. Ltd., the following cancellation schedule applies:

Important Notes:

  • Refund is calculated excluding flight cost, visa fees, insurance, taxes, or any non-refundable services.
  • Any third-party vendor charges (hotels, transfers, activities) that are non-refundable will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the customer’s bank account after deducting applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

3. No-Show & Early Return

  • Customers who fail to show up for the trip (“No-Show”) are not eligible for any refund.
  • If a traveler voluntarily returns early or skips services, unused services are non-refundable.

4. Amendments to Bookings

Any request to change travel dates, itinerary, or traveler details will be treated as:

  • Amendment, if allowed by hotel/airline/vendor
  • Cancellation, if the vendor charges full or partial amounts

Charges are based on third-party rules.
